It is very important that all our customers' web sites operate smoothly and are on line all the time. Downtime for any web site is inconvenient and causes problems. We are constantly monitoring all our web servers so that we know should there be any problems. The uptime for all our servers is, however, well above industry average and we have every confidence in the reliability of our web servers.

Our web servers are situated in secure data centres that are fully managed and monitored with engineers on site should any human intervention ever be required.

Customers should send an email to the address given in their welcome information and customer newsletter to obtain support if there is a problem.
